Buyer (Beauty & Skincare Products)Job Location : UAE:?Send POs and follow warehouse deliveries with suppliers.?Review planning and order as required.?Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.?Review deliveries against the orders /LPOs.?Prepare variance analysis report of the stock and sales against budgeted figures?Control inventories at the store level to maximize sales, inventory and profitability.?Coordinate with the Store supervisors and distributors to ensure the goods are delivered to the stores as per the quantity specified within the agreed timelines.?Develop and implement a stock analysis to identify obsolete/slow moving stock.?Be the point of contact for stores for all pricing / barcode / queries.?Prepare the monthly ranking report / axe / store.?Preparation of various reports related to stock and sale in retail storesRequirements:?5 to 6 years experience in procurement for retail in UAE?Good communication skills for negotiation purpose?Good knowledge of suppliers for different products, especially Beauty & Fragrance products?Excellent knowledge of preparing reports in MS Excel
