Business/Sales Consultant (Tele Sales)

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reach out to potential and existing clients via phone to introduce and promote the company?s business services.
  • Build a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored service solutions.
  • Follow up persistently on leads provided to develop relationships and close sales.
  • Record client interactions, feedback, and status updates in the company?s CRM system to maintain data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize approaches and identify high-value leads.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and market trends.
  • Updating of CRM on regular basis.
  • Basic communication between Accounts and Operations.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in telesales or customer service roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
