This role demands strong organizational, strategic, and interpersonal skills to drive growth and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:

  1. University Accreditation Management:
  • Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end process of obtaining and maintaining university accreditation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Liaise with accreditation bodies, auditors, and education institutions to facilitate timely approvals.
  1. Building Relationships:
  • Develop and strengthen partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong government relations with relevant departments and agencies.
  • Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and forums to enhance collaborative opportunities.
  1. Government Relations and Partnerships:
  • Collaborate with government departments to align projects with national education goals.
  • Secure and manage agreements for joint initiatives with government bodies.
  • Stay updated on policies, regulations, and funding opportunities affecting the education sector.
  1. Process Management:
  • Streamline and manage internal processes to ensure efficiency in project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project milestones, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for managing complex projects and partnerships.
  1. Special Project Management:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee special projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  1. Program Development:
  • Lead the design and implementation of innovative educational programs.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in education.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create programs that address industry and academic needs.
