Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a results-driven Business Development professional with proven experience in the Insurance and/or Fleet sector.The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in generating new business, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key client relationships within the UAE market.They must possess a solid network of contacts across insurance companies, brokers, fleet operators, leasing companies, or corporate vehicle management businesses.Candidates should demonstrate strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and secure revenue-generating opportunities.Experience in the automotive, autocare, mobility, or related industries is an added advantage.Desired Candidate ProfileKey Requirements:5-7 years of Business Development/Sales experience.Direct exposure to the Insurance and/or Fleet business segment.Proven success in new business acquisition and account management.Strong UAE market network and stakeholder relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.UAE driving licence
