Business Consultant (Set up/Start up New Businesses)

Job Description

Responsibilities:Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients (recruiting, payroll, promotional campaigns etc.) according to clients requirementsPerform required tasks realted to immigration (to United Arab Emirates) and perform all the required tasks, form residency creation to company setupMeet with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situationCollect information about the clients business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)Analyze and interpret data to support projects and assist in decision making.Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a clients wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reportsPresent findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical adviceDevelop detailed business plansAssist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepanciesProvide guidance for any occurring problems and issuesRequirements:Proven experience as business consultant or equivalentKnowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, Marketing, HR etc.Proficiency in MS OfficeAbility to deal with governmental sectors and finishing paperwork and documentationsFamiliarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databasesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skillsAptitude in creative problem-solvingBSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in a specialized business field will be an advantageCertified Management Consultant is a plusLanguages: English is a must, Arabic is a plus
