VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company.VAM Systems is currently looking for Business Analyst for our UAE operations with the following skillsets and terms & conditions:Experience Required:•Prior experience of 3 to 5 years in managing banking projects involving multiple stakeholder engagement.•Proven track record of managing the development and delivery of Digital programs.•Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Technical Competencies Required for this role:•Results oriented individual who is self-motivated with a drive to deliver.•Must of excellent problem-solving skills along with the ability to think critically.•Must have great interpersonal skills that allow them to work collaboratively in teams and drive decisions.•Program management experience.•Prior experience in launching digital onboarding journeys is good to have.Key Accountabilities of the roleStrategic Initiatives:•Act as a key support to Business Owner in coordinating with keyinternal stakeholders, including the executive management, IT, CreditPolicy, Legal, CPR, Sharia, Compliance teams etc on collatingrequirements for launch of new digital initiatives.•Support Business Owner in aligning internal stakeholders on theprocess flows, UI / UX and gathering credit rules to be configured as apart of the deployment of new journeys. •Review and finalize the communication templates including obtainingnecessary approvals internally across stakeholders.•Build scenarios to facilitate end to end testing to ensure the built andoutput as per the requirement.•Support Business Owner in implementation of digital programsaligning with the bank’s overall objectives and enhance customerexperience.•Engagement with vendor(s) to deliver market leading products andservices. •Support Business Owner in preparing a detailed project update alongwith key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management. •Support in delivery of new Digital onboarding journeys which includesCovered Cards, Home Finance & Auto Finance.Business Optimization & Monitoring•Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience on digital platforms,focusing on mobile app functionality, usability, and accessibility.•Identify opportunities to streamline and automate digital processes.•Develop banks processes so it matches best in industry practices andmeet the changing customer and business needs.•Support the formalization and development of deliverables as per theapproved business cases.Customer Experience•Customer Performance monitoring to analysis the customer needs andbehaviours and the interactions on Digital Journeys. •Ensure the delivery of Digital Initiatives has consistency acrossdifferent products implementing learnings to enhance the journeysand customer experience.Cross Functional Alignment:•Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on digitalgoals and initiatives.•Develop and refresh the digital journeys, ensuring involvement of allthe relevant stakeholders on a timely manner, ensuring approvals arein place for new launches. •Create product awareness amongst cross functional customer facingteams.•Partner with stakeholders to innovate and improve Customersexperiences, building on Continuous Improvement and Optimalfulfilment via different channels.Internal Controls, Risk and Strategic Direction•Highlight gaps in Internal risk & control processes and take actions to mitigate any risks.•Ensure that governance frameworks and controls are being considered thoroughly and maintained.•Ensure Banks policy guidelines are adhered to.•Ensure audit rating of “Satisfactory†– where applicable•Lead the closure of any audit deliverable applicable to the business•Ensure regulatory compliance, CPR, Legal and Sharia requirements are met in delivery and execution of initiatives.Risk and Shariah•Work with Shariah division (and other relevant stakeholders) to develop new or introduce existing Shariah compliant journeys/processes for customers digitally.• Ensure all approvals are obtained for new launches and deliver best in class Sharia Compliant products and processes digitally.Terms and conditionsJoining time frame: (15 - 30 days)The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in UAE
