Job Description

What youll need to succeed - Overall experience of 8 years in the Software industry, with ample experience in UKG - Dimension- At least 3 years of experience in leading the implementation, facing the client team- Capable of managing global delivery models, meaning able to handle teams across the geography - near shore, offshore, onshore.- Must have - Technical and Functional knowledge - UKG - Dimension or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Advanced Scheduler module (including forecasting), Central/ Dimensions Timekeeper module- Good to have - Functional knowledge SAP Success Factors - working knowledge on SaaS/PaaS solutions.- Experience leading dispersed teams.- Good to have - work experience in SDLC and Agile methodology- Bachelors Degree or equivalent (10 years) work experience- Minimum of 2 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Advanced Scheduler module (including forecasting)- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in/with retail industry- Minimum of 2 years of experience with the UKG Central/ Dimensions Timekeeper module- Experience of the full implementation lifecycle of a UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management implementationNice to have- Minimum of 5 years of experience presenting to executive-level audiences- Experienced in creating strategic communication pieces for executive-level audiences- Certified in UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler module (including forecasting)- Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting- Able to handle escalated issues, understand client needs and tailor solutions and responses to meet these needs- Ability to analyze complex data or facts, summarize findings, and present results in a compelling wayWhat we can offer you With us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
