Brand Sales SupervisorJob Location : UAEDuties & Responsibilities :?Achieving the set goals and objectives for the brand.?Motivate subordinates to achieve their sales targets.?Control of stocks, order bookings, followup on merchandising, identification of the slow moving products and to make efforts to liquidate the same.?Coordinate with the Brand Manager to advise the Department Manager or setting the monthly duty schedule for sales team on the respective brands.?Closely monitor the competitors activity and inform the Department Manager and Brand Manager and propose counteractive measures.Requirements:?8-10 years experience in the Beauty & Fragrance field and 2 years in supervisory level:?Thorough knowledge of the Beauty & Fragrance Products?Good communication skills in Arabic and English?Friendly people oriented, customer driven individual?Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.?Presentable personality?Valid UAE Driving License with own Car?Below 40 years
