BIM Lead

Job Description

Wed love to hear from you if you have: * Bachelors degree in any relevant Engineering or Architectural field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience and background in modeling, data management and knowledge of best practices in BIM. * Proven ability to lead a Team of BIM Coordinators and Modelers as well as supporting staff members already working in these platforms with project related issues and process questions. * Minimum of 5 years broad experience in design, drafting and BIM management on large scale projects. * Mandatory proficiency on Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD Civil 3D BIM authoring tools. * Mandatory proficiency on Autodesk Navisworks Manage. * Mandatory proficiency on BIM360 Environment. * Mandatory proficiency on Dynamo or Grasshopper scripting tools. * Extensive knowledge of BS 8536, PAS 1192, ISO 19650. * Strong knowledge of COBie implementation/delivery and 4D to 7D deliverables at LOD 300. * Proficiency on MS SharePoint and ACONEX platforms would be an added value * Experience working within multi-national working environment would be beneficial. * Excellent English communication and presentation skills. * Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems.What if we canWhat if we can have work-life balance What if we can be rewarded in ways that support our individual needs What if we can be accepted for who we are Here at WSP - we can!WSP recognizes that work is only one part of our lives and making time for the other things in our life is important - be that our families, our friends or ourselves.
