It is expected that you will be degree educated and along with fluency in Arabic, you will be an excellent communicator in English. The shortlisted individual should be able to engage with customers directly to ensure that all their expectations are exceeded and it is therefore essential that the Customer Engagement Assistant Manager possesses strong multi- tasking skills and has excellent leadership qualities. Due to the office location in Sharjah you must have access to your own vehicle, as it is not served by public transport.
