Requirements and Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor degree, GRP/CBP certification is a plus - 7 to 10 years relevant International C&B experience in a multinational environment, with minimum 5 years experience in multi-country benefits design/administration/consulting. Experience in a high tech company would be an asset. - Those with direct benefits consulting experience are encouraged to apply - Proven team player who is mature, driven, collaborative, high sense of urgency and initiative, enjoy striving for results and solving complex problems - A proven desire and ability to innovate - a confident individual who can make strategic recommendations and take responsibility for decision-making - Demonstrated analytical capabilities, numbers-oriented and meticulous - Project management skills with a focus on execution and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to clearly and concisely express or present ideas both verbally and in writing - Service orientation, strong partnering and vendor management skills - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment - Proven attention to detail and perseverance to manage longer projects across multiple jurisdictions.
