TELE -SALES : Balance transfer/ Cash on call)Participate in the achievement of Tele-calling activities assigned to the Telesales Unit.Key Accountabilities of the role :Execute Tele-calling activities as assigned to the team,Enhance ENR / Takaful sales, card activation rates, control customer attrition,Ensure minimum requirement of calls are made,Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures,Ensuring guidelines are adhered to and call quality is maintained while interacting with clients,Support an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort andEnsure deliverables are of the right level of service.RESULTS REQUIRED :Ensure that the monthly individual targets assigned by the management are achievedEnsure no Fatal Errors are committedPositive customer feedbackEnsure customer queries are resolved within agreed TATDeliver professionalism when dealing with customers and other departmentsREQUIREMENTS :Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:Excellent communication skillsGood problem solving skillsDisplay flexibility in dealing with clients and other team membersCustomer service skills in order to resolve customer complaintsPrevious experience required (if any)Previous banking experience in similar roleFair understanding of product and services provided by the bankUnderstanding of customer relationshipsGood interpersonal & convincing skillsBasic MS Office skills
