The ideal candidate will have experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or extensive experience as a Supervisor ready to take the next step. For strong candidates there is great growth potential. Experience in Italian or European restaurant is highly preferred but not essential.You must have experience managing a team and have a proven record of stability, remaining with the same company for minimum of 2 years or more. Experience in Dubai is essential.
