Job Description

Robert Walters is working with a multinational looking to hire a hands-on Assistant Tax Manager into their growing team in Dubai, UAE.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the direction, planning and resource allocation to manage the tax results
  • Be involved in tax compliance and accounting, audit risks and transfer pricing
  • Oversee direct and indirect tax for the business
  • Provide tax support for strategic business ventures, mergers and acquisitions and projects
  • Handle the tax planning strategies and working closely with the finance and strategy team on it
  • Inform and update the team on tax risks
  • Perform adhoc tasks required
Requirements:
  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance and relevant qualifications (CPA/CA/CTA or Masters in Tax)
  • Must have Big 4 and/or multinational experience in global direct, indirect tax and transfer pricing
  • Fluent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open to candidates based internationally looking to relocate to the UAE
