Employment: Full Time Assistant Housekeeping Manager For A Luxury Five Star Hotel In Dubai-Supervise and coordinate activities of room attendants, house attendant, public area cleaners and floor supervisors-Assist in the managing and directing of the daytoday operations of all Housekeeping and laundry functions-Participate in and enforces quality assurance for Housekeeping Department and department cost control measures-Obtain list of vacant rooms to be cleaned immediately & list of prospective checkouts or discharges in order to prepare work assignments-Maintain clear and efficient communication and coordination with the Front Office and other departments of the hotel-Schedule the cleaning of the room carpets, upholstery, and draperies as needed, along with deep cleaning projects and window cleaning as necessary-Schedule cleaning for lobby area, public restrooms, telephone areas, hallways, entrances, elevators REQUIREMENTS: CANDIDATE PROFILE:-Open to ANY nationality-Female, 40 years old and belowEDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:-Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any relevant field-Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or on the same role-UAE working experience is a must-Working knowledge of rooms management systems-Advanced knowledge of Housekeeping process and procedures-Proven excellence in customer service
