Handling various responsibilities, including managing the director's schedule, correspondence, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support.
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate personnel, and responding to inquiries as needed.
Schedule appointments for Managing Director and update event calendars
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other necessary documents. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
