Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in office software are essential for this role, such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Knowledge of import and export documentation. This may involve preparing and processing documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs forms.
Familiarity with international trade regulations, shipping procedures, and customs requirements is valuable in ensuring smooth import and export processes for the organization.
English fluency
With JAFZA experience preferred.
Ensure prompt addressal of calls, messages, emails, and other correspondences.
Make travel arrangements & Document expenses in reports.
Discuss a detailed timetable of current and upcoming meetings with the top-level management to maintain timely addressal of crucial decisions.
Answer telephone calls and handle in appropriate manner.
Build the companys reputation by greeting customers, clients, and visitors in a cordial, charming, and helpful manner.
