They operate mainly and directly in the Gulf Council Countries (GCC).The JobOur client is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.Your responsibilities will include :HR support: Maintaining clear files for each staff; Processing requests such as vacation requests.Sales support: Maintaining items list and price list; Providing the sales with quotations and sales proposals as per their request.Purchase support: Communicating with suppliers; Following up to get the required papers from them.
