Job Description

1. Recruitment and Onboarding: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. - Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs. 2. Employee Relations: - Address employee grievances and provide support to ensure a positive work environment. - Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes as necessary. 3. Training and Development: - Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs. - Ensure compliance with professional development requirements. 4. Performance Management: - Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. - Support managers in setting and reviewing employee objectives. 5. HR Policy and Compliance: - Develop, update, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures. - Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations. 6. Payroll and Benefits Administration: - Coordinate payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs. - Address queries related to compensation and benefits. 7. Separation Processes: - Handle employee exits, including resignation, termination, and retirement processes. - Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding. 8. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. - Prepare HR reports for management.
