Graduate Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA) is an added advantage.Good knowledge & understanding of performing accounting reconciliations and maintaining balance sheet & P&L schedules.Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills required.Good knowledge of IFRS 15 revenue recognitionExperience using Oracle/ Yardi is an added advantage.Minimum of 2 to 4 years in AR & in real estate industryAbility to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management with varying degrees of financial knowledge.Strong analytical and technical skills.Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.Strong team orientation, exceptional work ethic.Oracle financial software working knowledge.Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in an often-fluid environment.
