Accountant / Finance ExecutiveJob Location : UAEDuties:?Prepares monthly and year todate FA reports i.e. PPE movement, fixed asset register, additions, transfers and disposals.?Responsible for the monthly Asset Management closing cycle to include but not limited to review and analysis of asset addition, asset disposal and asset adjustments and monthly depreciation expense.?Reconciles the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the general ledger.?Reconciles and monitors the status of CWIP projects, ensure assets are capitalized in a timely manner recorded, and tagged as such.?Executes project reconciliation and asset classification. Reclass item related to preopening expense or inventory accounts.?Assist on preparation of annual Capex budgets.?Manages preliminary and annual audit performed by external and internal auditors, including preparation of property plan and equipment audit schedules for the fixed asset accounts. Assists auditors in their inquiries.?Handles audit requests for information and documentation.?Conducts and leads the Operation Head and property Department heads in periodic or annual fixed asset physical count (or fixed asset schedule review) to identify items for obsolescence, dispositions/sale for scrap.?Performs other duties and special projects as requested by management.Skills:?Strong Collaborative Skills, Positive Attitude, High Energy.?Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment.?Excellent problem solving skills?Ability to meet assigned deadlines.?Fluent in English.?Must have UAE valid driving license.?Bachelors degree in business or accounting
