We understand that real estate is a complex and ever-changing market, and we are dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.- Manage all accounting transactions and prepare reports, monitor and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly expenditures.- Prepare budget forecasts, purchase orders, accounts payable and accounts receivables, and billing statements.- Responsible for quarterly VAT filing and tax returns, preparing all invoices and receipts - balancing VAT Inputs and Outputs- Responsible for handling Cash, Cheque, and bank transfer payments and ensuring timely bank payments.- Reconcile accounts and bank statements.- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements- Report on the company?s financial health and liquidity and audit financial transactions and documents- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary- Comply with the companys financial policies and regulationsQualifications:- Prior work experience as an Accountant in any related industry- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures in UAE- Hands-on experience with accounting softwares- Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables- Experience with general ledger functions- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills- BSc in Accounting, Finance or a relevant degree- Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus Company Profile Prowin properties is a boutique real estate agency furnishing first-rate client care with customised property counsel and helping our customers to settle on a well-educated choice, as we have a natural beat of the Dubai land showcase combined with industry aptitude and unshakable experienced group to give versatile arrangements.
