The team follows mainly the "work hard, play hard" mindset. Concretely, you will be responsible of a portfolio of 250-300 companies in the MENA area. What's great in this job is the fact that you will deal with direct customers and resellers, in a team of 40 people. Your primary goal is to achieve sales targets by driving up customer retention and expansion.RESPONSIBILITIES- Understanding & developing existing clients- Generating new business- Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions- Excel in transversal sales & product demonstration- Grow customer lifetime value by proactively engaging clients and serving as their advocate internallyRequirementsMUST HAVE- Related degree- 1 - 5 years of relevant experience- Quick & Autonomous learner- Problem Solver- Firm understanding of managing client relations- Fluent in Arabic and English- Eligible to relocate to the UAE- Strong communication skillsNICE TO HAVE- Interest in IT- Dynamic & flexible- Available immediately- Ability to work under pressure- Previous experience in a SaaS company
