Job Description

Nexgen Sports Academy is seeking a dedicated Administrative and Operations Coordinator to oversee customer relations and accounting functions. This role is vital for ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate strong relationships with parents, students, and stakeholders.- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage official communications.- Handle financial transactions, invoicing, and expenses using Zoho Books.- Generate financial reports, analyze data, and provide insights for decision-making.- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and facility management.- Manage attendance tracking systems for students and staff.- Maintain employee records, including HR documents. Manage employee leave requests, track entitlements, and ensure compliance with company policies.- Provide administrative support to management and staff.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including labor laws and financial regulations.- Utilize social media skills for marketing and communication purposes.
