Support SUB-CONTRACTORS Applications for Payment & validate progress payment as per actual progress on site.
Identify and Raise Site Back Charges.
Support SUB-CONTRACTORS Variations with Cost and Quantity Validations.
Cost Estimates for Site Instructions & provide recommendation of suitable Contractor based on Quotations submitted and benchmarking rates available from Bids.
Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes to AP subcontracting team.
Work closely with AP Subcontracting Team for Claim management.
