and QualificationsAir Products has entered into an agreement with ACWA Power and NEOM (all 3 have equal ownership) for the development of a $5bl green hydrogen-based ammonia production facility sited in NEOM. This is based on renewable energy principles and the project will integrate over four gigawatts of renewable solar, wind and storage power. It will produce green ammonia for export to global markets. The project is scheduled to be onstream in 2026.POSITION SUMMARY

  • Implement continuous documents management of NGHC Integrated Management System
  • Develop and maintain NGHC process mapping in functional and project management areas
  • Manage NGHC IMS documents and processes Library
  • Maintain and facilitate information and communication channels across NGHC company
NATURE & SCOPEThe main functions of this position are:
  • Maintain, continuously develop and control of NGHC Management System?s documents development process
  • Continuously maintain manuals, procedures, and other documents, necessary for effective management of the Company (functional area) and for successful management of the project (project management area)
  • Control development of NGHC Management Documents: control compliance to agreed documents? formats/templates, revisions etc.
  • Implement document development planning and control
  • Implement documents? final check according to the standards/templates and format/correct as necessary
  • Keep NGHC IMS documents codification register updated
  • Implement assignment of new documentation codification, proper registration of new/updated documentation, placement of documents in NGHC centralized SharePoint and IMS documents? Library (later will be in ACONEX)
  • Implement management and control of NGHC IMS library
  • Develop and maintain single process mapping standard in NGHC
  • Communicate with process Owners to develop and maintain process maps
  • Plan and develop process maps across project management processes and functional processes
  • Keep register of all process maps updated
  • Provide support to Process Owners and lead processes? mapping
  • Lead process mapping software
  • Develop necessary reports, presentations, and information notes as required
  • Maintain knowledge and lessons learned databases
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
  • Integrated Management System documents management
  • Develop and maintain NGHC process mapping
  • Manage NGHC IMS documents and processes library
  • Provide support to NGHC functional and project management teams with processes and information streams
