Infrastructure Support Specialist - NEOMPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESÿProvide incident response for Air Products Digital Infrastructure services, this includes, Standard PCs, printers, Plant Process Control PCs and Servers located at the site. Provide local co-ordination for issue remediation & deployments with other DIS teams located remotely. Primarily, but not restricted to PCs, network & wireless services. Provide local IT support, and maintain IT Standards including Safety for IT rooms within the incumbents of responsibility. Provide local IT support for voice services both fixed and mobile, including Tetra. Build Air Products standard desktops in the local staging centre, using the Global load process, should DIS opt to create a Deployment location. Provide information technology support for industrial control systems at NEOM construction projects . Provide network hardware upgrades and installations for Maintain Viability work where Network Technical Support would not be performing this role. To understand the reliance and inter-dependence of business applications and infrastructure services in the region.
