Project Procurement Manager (Open)V. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop and implement Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and�Commissioning�(EPCC) plans for�high voltage substation�projects
Design and implement advanced�energy management�and SCADA systems for substations
Conduct technical analyses and evaluations of substation equipment and systems
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Provide�technical guidance�and support to project teams
Participate in project meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with�industry standards�and regulations
Develop and maintain�engineering standards�and procedures for EPMS and SCADA systems
Provide�technical training�and support to operations and maintenance teams
Conduct system upgrades and modifications as necessary to improve performance and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EPMS and SCADA systems
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, such as protection and control, to ensure�system integration�and coordination
Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) and�site acceptance testing�(SAT) of EPMS and SCADA systems
Ensure compliance with�cyber security standards�for�critical infrastructure protection
Develop and maintain documentation, including system architecture diagrams, user manuals, and test reports
Participate in the development of proposals and bids for new projects
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to EPMS and SCADA systems.
