EH&S Supervisor - Management System Supervisor and QualificationsII.POSITION SUMMARYThis is a Contract position, based at the NEOM Power Elements (PWE) GRID Project location, working a8 x 2 weeks?rotational assignment.The project is being executed by the AIR PRODUCTS NEOM Green Hydrogen Project (NGHP) ? GRID Power Elements (PWE) Project execution team and is expected to last approximately 36 months.The incumbent is responsible for managing and improving databases that provide an opportunity to track all EH&S incident data for the GHE Element and other elements as required, to analyze data, create reports as required and follow-up on defined actions from audits, investigations, inspections etc. Position will also require interface with PWE EPC contractor and sub-contractors.The candidate is expected to have good knowledge of EH&S throughout all phases of construction and commissioning.III, NATURE AND SCOPE

• Description ? Power Element OHTL of NEOM Green hydrogen Project is erection and installation of 300+ km of Overhead Transmission lines with multiple Sub-stations and Transformers to provide power to Green Hydrogen Facility.
• Description: Power Element Wind of NEOM Green Hydrogen Project is erection and installation of 250+ Wind Turbines over a 200 km2, pooling substation and civil works activities.These will be to provide power for the Green Hydrogen Facility.
• Description: Power Element Solar of NEOM Green Hydrogen Project is erection and installation of solar panels (5.6 million), Inverters (766) and pooling stations (3).The area of the solar facility is 46.31 m2.
• Project Location: NEOM, Northwest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Client: Neom Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC), a joint venture of AIR PRODUCTS, ACWA and NEOM
• Project Duration: Approx. 36 months (start in 7/2022)
• Number of individuals working on site: at peak 5.000 to 6.000

• Support the full implementation of the project EH&S Plan
• Actively promote the development of a ?Total Safety Culture? and provide support during the implementation of all related (leadership) activities
• Demonstrate strong leadership at all times throughout the project phases
• Act as a coach, both for the assigned EH&S team and for Contractors
• Develop and maintain a data base to track ALL Incident data
• Undertake trending on a weekly / monthly / quarterly and annual basis and share information with Site EH&S Manager
• Prepare draft weekly / monthly / quarterly and annual reports
• Track manhours and manpower for ALL contractors and AP personnel
• Support the identification of PPEs and HSE instruments and devices for the Site
• Support the development and implementation of safety campaigns
• Support the EH&S Training in establishing, maintaining and monitoring of the training register database(s)
• Act as a coordinator for the Heat Stress program between Air Products and Contractor organisations
• Report to site EH&S manager of any potential safety issue and unsafe conditions
• Support the completion and issue of incident reports
• Participate in RCA?s for any incidents
• Coordinate weekly Site walkdowns with all Contractors and compile a report to be shared
• Administer and track all actions from weekly management walkthroughs
• Submit on time all necessary audit and reports to the Air Products site managing team
• Keep an organized filing system in the field office
• Coordinate and attend a weekly on-site construction meeting with the assigned Contractors and their subcontractors as required
• Support emergency response drill schedules and maintain the action tracking sheet for the lessons learned from the drills
• Field safety status photographs are to be taken throughout the process of construction
• Coordinate between the Training department and Security department to issue and control AP Badge ID systems
