and QualificationsPOSITION SUMMARY:PurposeTo be part of Site Quantity Surveying team on all aspects relating to commercial activity of NEOM GHE project.To develop and maintain symbiotic working relationships with members of the Project Controls, Planning, Procurement & Sub-Contracts.To assist Project Controls Team & Project Controls Manager in efficiently managing both pre and post award construction quantity estimation and calculation activities during project execution for Construction Packages.Nature and ScopeThe position isSite basedat our prestigious project inSaudi Arabiaat our Air Products NEOM GHE Project site and work with Site Team for all theCommercial/Quantity Surveying activities of Civil Engineering works of the project.DIMENSIONSProject Commitment (approximate):Contract for a period of Thirty-six MonthsPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESAccountable for the activities of quantity surveying duties and provide guidance to other members of the team and report to Project Controls Manager/ Project Director, as requiredContribute to the management and maintenance of a contract cost reporting & Progress measurement system, ensuring all financial information is managed and up-to-date and tracked with budget/tender allowances, commitments and deviations highlighted and managedProduce and provide accurate forecasts of project cost to completion and final valueContinually monitor projected costs to completion in line with budgetAssist in ensuring effective records are maintained to support claims and that applications for payment for variations are issued in a timely manner.Provide accurate monthly reporting of cost and value on the project in line with the Company?sreporting process.Be responsible for the preparation and agreement of final accountsAgree and resolves final accounts with sub-contractors
