NEOM Area Engineering Manager ? WIND PROJECT SUMMARYAir Products, ACWA Power and NEOM have entered into a Joint Venture agreement and together established the NEOM GREEN HYDROGEN COMPANY (NGHC). The Company will be Owner and Operator of the world?s first and largest green hydrogen project at an estimated capital investment of USD $ 5bn. This unique project will be a fore-runner in green hydrogen-based ammonia production and will serve the new and growing global Hydrogen markets. The facility will be sited in NEOM, KSA and will be powered by more than 4GW of renewable solar, wind and battery storage. The project is scheduled to be onstream in 2026.POSITION SUMMARYThe Information Technology (IT) Manager is responsible for setting the mission and vision for the IT organization, management and performance of IT staff, vendor relationship management, project implementations, infrastructure, networks, communications, telephone systems, IT hardware and management of the portfolio of software systems and technical solutions across the company. The IT Manager shall generally control the duties and responsibilities relating to the acquisition and vendor management of all computer and telephone hardware and software, internal applications support, network maintenance, website and any other support and services required for company operations.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESGeneral

• Provide vision to guide and enable the build out of all technologies necessary for the business to flourish
• Evaluate and acquire great talent; interviewing, hiring, and training employees
• Directly supervise employees by carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company?s leadership philosophy, policies, and applicable laws
• Align and optimize the growth of the business
• Perform high level decision making

• Adhere to company policies as described in employment handbook and company work rules
• Foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation within the department and between departments

• Establish departmental goals/metrics and objectives to report progress on a regular basis
• Manage third party vendors and ensure their compliance with the agreed service level agreements
• Analyze the needs of different departments and determine ways to meet business objectives by developing the business case justifications and cost/benefits analyses for these requirements
• Develop and implement policies, procedures that follows international IT best practices
• Facilitate strategic initiatives, budget management, development, implementation, and maintenance of these systems through Life Cycle Management methodologies
• Contribute to the company business continuity plan and develop the IT disaster recovery plan to minimize disruption to operations
• Lead the effort of building the company?s applications requirements including ERP implementation and other standalone applications.
• Conduct performance assessment on IT services including infrastructure and applications to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other needs
• Implement the required IT security tools and services to protect company asset
• Manage the IT projects lifecycle from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, until closing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable national and Local laws and regulations
• Ensure IT services are meeting business acceptable availability and reliability level of service.
