V. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES˙This position is accountable for the following end results:˙1)˙˙Support the full implementation of the established project Access Control procedure2)˙˙Ensure defined processes related to ID card and vehicle pass issuance are established, followed, and continuously improved3)˙˙Lead a small team of badging staff4)˙˙Administer the site electronic access control system, ensuring access tokens and rights are given/removed strictly according to procedure5)˙˙Establish a preventative maintenance program for access control infrastructure (turnstiles, ID card readers etc.) and monitor the quality of program execution6)˙˙Promptly resolve mechanical and technical issues with access control infrastructure7)˙Maintain adequate stock levels of all access control consumables (RFID cards, lanyards, badge holder, printer ink etc.)8)˙Facilitate monthly audits of the access control function by NGHP Security Management
