About the JobResponsible for implementing and maintain granting/ application of ISO system across NACITA group.Responsible for following the process of ISO system to maintain the accreditation from external ISO.Implement the monthly action plans for the quality assurance activities of TQM plans.Responsible for the filling system and follow-up on maintaining filling mechanism and system of the processes and approved ISO documents.Responsible for writing the needed process with the concerned departments.Responsible for maintaining and modifying the company?s documents and forms.Jointly responsible for creating and developing the process and processes with the related departments.Perform random quality check on the divisions and departments by following quality standards, identifying gaps and areas of development.Identify the gaps of implementing the processes that are reflected on quality of performance in coordination with other related departments.Perform periodical reports and analysis about the quality performance as per department and division to superiors.Coordinate and amend processes with the internal auditors to maintain quality levels required and maintain ISO certificate.Provide superiors with technical support when required.Perform any tasks required by hisher superior within the department responsibilities.Perform periodical (Monthly/Weekly) reports to superiors upon achievements and performance.Apply all rules applied by the company.
