About the job Youth Conference Coordinator - Native Arabic Speaker (1 Month Contract)

Responsibilities mainly focus on the administrative support, communications with internal/external stakeholders and direct hands-on management of the event.
Communications with local external partners and vendors
Liaise with internal departments (Communications, Events, Procurement, etc.)
Coordinate meetings with the organising committee
Organise logistical arrangements for international speakers and workshop facilitators
Provide regular updates to the Engagement Department including communication with external partners and internal departments; any matters related to logistics (venue, catering, marketing); any matters related to speakers, workshop facilitators, participants etc.
