Job Description

The wholesale department plays a critical role in ensuring consistent sales and revenue generation. To optimize operations and meet increasing customer demands, appointing a dedicated Customer Product Support/Collection Coordinator is essential. This role will bridge the gap between customer service, product delivery, and payment collection, ensuring a seamless process and an enhanced customer experience. You are responsible for assisting in streamlining and accumulating market data and customer data from individual sales personnel, as well as identifying potential delays or issues and providing timely solutions to ensure smooth operations.

  • Act as a point of contact for wholesale clients for product-related inquiries, complaints, and elevating important issues to the Manager
  • Provided detailed product information and resolved customer issues promptly to improve satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address complex product-related issues.
  • Track and follow up on overdue payments from wholesale clients, maintaining strong relationships to ensure timely collections.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of payment schedules and collection efforts.
  • Proactively address payment disputes and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
