Job Description

Responsible for variety of task in Water Maintenance Service projects, including but not limited to operation and maintenance of swimming pool ,water feature and Sauna and steam room, Chiller/Heat pump/HVAC .

  • Supervises, reviews, assigned employees, or makes effective suggestions and recommendations that are given particular weight regarding the employment status of assigned employees.
  • Knowledge of operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/refrigeration equipment.
  • Supervises the installation, repair, overhaul, and maintenance of HVAC/refrigeration systems.
  • Knowledge in replacing compressor and drier filter
  • Identifying critical equipment and system
  • Knowledge of Pressure test
  • Knowledge of refrigerant leakage test.
  • Knowledge of vacuum process
  • Knowledge of new refrigerant gas charging process
  • Experience in Compressor and fan timers reset
  • Expertize in Identifying oil leak on discharge pipe
  • Good Knowledge in restarting the chiller/Heat Pump
  • Skill in applying supervisory techniques.
  • Skill in both verbal and written communication.
Minimum 3 Years Experience in Swimming Pool and Water Features,Experience in Swimming Pool and Water Features industry,
