Monitors the warehousemen activities minutely and ensures capture of time taken and staff involved per transaction and SKU as the case may be. Provides detailed report on this to the shift supervisor/manager.Interacts with the drivers, should further verification of their credentials and the shipment, be required and Reviews their documents for anomalies, if any.Reviews and assigns the delegated tasks for the day, received by the Shift supervisor/manager to the Warehousemen.Ensures operations are conducted as per the SOP?s, standard procedures/food safetyPlace and reports on any deviations with suggestions, if any, to the Shift Supervisor /manager.Ensures preventive maintenance is undertaken on the MHE?s under his purview.Coordinates and supports the Shift Supervisor in administrative tasks of his team.Coordinates with the Stock Control Team for resolving discrepancies and nonconformitiesSupervises and delegates housekeeping tasks regularly for optimum space utilization.Guides and motivates the personnel under his control for performance enhancement.
