Organized and detail-oriented storekeeper who manages all the store operations, playing a key role in the proper care and maintenance of entire stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.Responsibilities:????????Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.????????Follow standards for?issuing?and receiving stock within the stores area of operation.????????Verifies that all supplies and goods received are listed on?requisitions/orders and the delivery?invoices?are cross checked and filed in the appropriate folder.????????Maintains?par?stock,?inventory?and stock records every month and compiles records of?expenditures/consumptions etc.????????Receive, unload, and shelve supplies. Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.????????Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.????????Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned Department Heads (HOD?s) and approved by?FC/GM?depending upon the operations requirements.????????Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.????????Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.????????Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.
