Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional waitress to join our team for 6 months contract (Secondment Contract).The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
  • Provide detailed menu information and assist customers with special dietary needs or recommendations.
  • Monitor and attend to customers needs throughout their meal.
  • Ensure that tables are clean, set up, and properly maintained.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Process payments and provide correct change.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in restocking and organizing supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy appearance, adhering to the restaurant?s uniform and grooming standards.
Requirements: On Secondment contract for 6 months. QID Validity should be 6 months.QAR: 2,700 (Full package)Job Location:Doha, Musherib Downtown.Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months
