Welcoming, Managing customers services and any customers suggestions/complaints.
Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS online ordering software,
Receive payments and present changes to customers.
Preparing, packaging and serving light food and snacks.
Always strive towards best customer satisfaction
Greet customers and present menus
Make suggestions based on their preferences
Take and serve food/drinks orders
Up-sell when appropriate
Arrange table settings
Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
Check products for quality. Receiving all the home deliveries items and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
Deliver checks and collect payments
Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
Shift in-charge and full responsibility for the Cashier shop and Cash handling
Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.
