If you have experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy restaurant or hotel luxury environment, and you are enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about fresh food and good service; then we want to hear from you!What we offer you as a Waiter/Waitress: One of the most competitive salaries in the country Complimentary meals on duty Amazing learning and development programs Discounted rates at The Ned Doha Fantastic career growth opportunitiesA Waiter/Waitress working with us entails the following: To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests To assist by offering aperitif upon arrival of guests To ensure that mise en place levels are kept to standards To meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner To communicate clearly and effectively To ensure that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately, allowing for corrective measures to be taken To serve food and beverage according to guest s needs To ensure that tables are consistently cleared re-set according to reservation plans To ensure that guests receive bills promptly and accurately To wish farewell to all guests, encouraging return custom To prepare and present bills to guests To understand and operate the POS system To present the menus and take food and beverage orders To maintain excellent knowledge of all food and beverage itemsQualifications: Previous hotel experience in a similar role Passionate, motivated with exceptional customer care skills Able to respond effectively to customer complaints ensuring the necessary information is given to the right people Well organised, adaptable and flexible to work varied hours Good level of written and spoken English
