Job Description

Waiter / Waitress:Underground, a new bar and lounge located in the VIP Hotel, is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters and Waitresses.The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they have an enjoyable dining experience.Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take and serve food and drink orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their meals and address any complaints or concerns
  • Handle payments and operate the POS system
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining room Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Be knowledgeable of menu items and able to make recommendations
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a similar establishment
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly and approachable manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
