VIE Tendering Engineer M/F VIE Tendering Engineer M/FPosition description Job titleVIE Tendering Engineer M/F Contract typeInternational Contract Contractual hoursFull time Job descriptionJOB PURPOSE:To develop prequalification dossiers and bid submissions, to guarantee that the bidding processes are in line with company procedures, to be an actor in change management within the Tendering & Proposals Department, to provide contractual support to Business Developers for presentation to clients & partners.REPORTING TO:Area Operations ManagerTASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Following all HSEQ policies related to SPIE project operations Coordinating the bidding process * Preparing the first risks analysis of the call for tender.* Coordinating on all aspects (financial, contractual and technical) from analysis of the clients call for tender up to contract award.* Coordinating and ensuring on time delivery of full bids in liaison with the Business Developers and Country Managers of the concerned country. Ensuring the compliance of the bidding as per the Corporate Standards * Complying with the Tendering & Proposals procedure (documents to prepare, level of approval).* Overseeing the tender approval with the required management level. He / she goes through the CFT context/ compliance, safety security/ scope of work / bid strategy /cost analysis/ margin & cash.* Ensuring the implementation of the decisions taken during the tender approvals.* Ensuring with the Business Centers the proper follow-up of the business opportunities in the reporting tools (Salesforce). Administrating the prequalification dossiers * Supporting the Business Developers in the prequalification process. Supporting operations * Handing over the whole bid dossier to the Contract Manager at the time of the award.* Contractual support (contracts renewal issues, variations, contractual meetings with clients, review / issuance of contractual couriers)* Commercial support (project review budget, extra works? pricing, renewal / amendments / variation pricing) Engaging with Corporate Head Office D&S on technical proposals. Engaging with Corporate head office legal department on contractual issues. ProfileREQUIRED SKILLS: Strong Team Management Result oriented, cost minded, capable to handle pressure and to meet deadlines Interpersonal, leadership, communication and negotiation skills Solid Time Management skills Data Analysis Skills Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to self-prioritize Aple to present commercial & technical proposals with knowledge of legal contractsQUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor?s degree in Engineering discipline 5+ years? experience in commissioning or operations & maintenance projects within Oil & Gas industry 2+ years? proven experience working in a similar role and operational experience on an Oil & Gas project would be a plus Computer literacy and proficiency in industry procurement/purchasing software and systems and advance skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
