Acts as main Logistics contact for the allocated venue, provides logistics advice and support to the all-venue team.
Assists the Logistics Lead to develop and implement Logistics operational plans, policies and procedures for allocated venue/s within time critical deadlines.
Meets milestones and be responsible for detailed operational planning, scheduling and training.
Responsible to maintain up to date and accurate records, documentation and complete daily reports.
Manages asset tracking (including CCG, kitchen utensils, consumables, ice, beverages and other stock), distribution in venue, setup/breakdown of spaces and return materials post event.
Manages on venue resources, storage, vehicles and deliveries.
Works closely with the Warehouse to operate the logistics services at venues appropriately, consistently and in line with the overarching strategic plan.
Manages the Master Delivery Schedule (MDS) on venue in coordination with relevant Q22 FA?s.
Solves problems and makes decisions independently without supervision.
Responsible for management of Deputy Venue Logistics Managers, the whole LOG & BOH team on venue.
Leads, motivates and trains a team of logistics & BOH staff and contractors.
Maintains a clean and safe work area on venue and ensure all Health & Safety standards, policies and procedures are adhered to.
Effectively communicate with all colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the Logistics Service;
