Job summary? Conduct analyses of value-added services (e.g., brokerage, smart city, parking, district cooling, petrol pumps, PWC, Gas Network etc) based on changingmarket dynamics? Assess performance of services annually and implement the plans to improve revenue generation through service offerings, pricing, and marketing strategy? Oversee the administration of new opportunities, prepare the bidding documentation and follow up post contractual signingRoles & responsibilities? Assist in creation of plan to launch value-added services? Conduct market research exercises to understand customer demand andrecommend to modify services accordingly? Assist in defining pricing strategy, revenue targets, and target customersegments through financial modeling? Initiate contact with and sign-up potential customers for all services andfollow-up with them? Receive frequent feedback from customer service and city management toassess customer reviews and create strategy to improve quality of servicesprovided? Collaborate with Sales, Leasing, and Marketing to implement effectivemarketing strategy? Pressure test study templates and tools for service offerings, target clients,pricing strategy, etc.? Provide inputs to Companies master plan for new/future developments (e.g., onoverall financial objectives and desired tenant mix) by conducting relevantanalyses? Use global and regional best practices to provide high-quality, technologicallyadvanced services in line with the vision? Support to develop annual operating budgets and plans for existing assets? Track budget release and funding requests against approved budget? Support the department head with city management to ensure that cityoperations and future design plan are aligned with value-added servicesrevenue-maximization strategy? Implement department policies and procedures in order to ensure that allrelevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering a high qualityand cost effective service strategy? Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine andmanage priorities with minimal guidanceIdeal Capabilities /skillsBusiness capabilities? 4+ years of relevant experience; experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred? Knowledge of Qatar/GCC real estate market dynamics and regulatoryenvironment? Excellent financial and operational/marketing capabilities, previousexperience with deal sheets? Working knowledge of city management/real estate operations? Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferredEducation? Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or economicsInterpersonal skills? Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonalskills? Problem solving, planning and organizing skills? Strong time management and decision-making skills? Ability to coach and develop people skills
