Job Description

The UX Associate assists in all aspects of the product design process. This position involves workingunder the guidance of multiple senior members of the design team from conception to deployment on product design, as well as employing conceptual and visual design skill. Duties can include conducting qualitative, quantitative, competitor and market research, writing and presenting analysis, designing high-level architecture and workflows, visual UI design, prototyping, producing style guides and assets, conducting visual QA in the development process, and graphic design.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Understand the needs, challenges, and pain points of the end user and acting as user advocate throughout the design process
  • Designing workflows and user journeys
  • Assisting in conducting qualitative and quantitative research
  • Wire framing
  • Prototyping
  • Visual design
  • Producing style guides and assets
  • A range of graphic design projects including Keynote presentations, visual identity development, and marketing graphics
