The primary focus of the role will be responsible for buying pre-owned vehicles as required by the stock target report and the daily stock availability report.
ÿWhat you will do:ÿÿÿ
Ensuring that the key performance indicators of purchase, stock age, trade sales and gross margin are met.
Appraising the vehicles technically and accurately estimating preparation expenses and valuing it as per latest valuation guide and stock target / availability reports.
Providing trade-in services to new car executives by appraising and valuating part exchange vehicles.ÿ
Capturing the details of all the appraised vehicles in IS Auto through the system and maintaining the system appraisal file for regular follow ups and purchases.ÿ
Completing the negotiation, purchasing and transfer of legal ownership of the purchased vehicle and providing the required documents to the Administration department in order to process the purchase.
Ensuring that the vehicles are purchased with all required accessories.
