Nair Systems is currently looking Usability Tester for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.Skills & Experience:• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX testing, usability testing, or a similar role• Platform specific testing needs to be conducted (ex: different devices and Browsers)• Proficiency in usability testing tools (e.g., UserTesting, Morae, Lookback).• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.• Should have knowledge in Banking application domain• Comprehensive knowledge on Multi-Platform / Multi-Architecture App Development including both web and mobile development• Knowledge in Microsoft DevOps for reporting bugs and version management tool are added advantage.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Attention to detail and a passion for improving user experiences.• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG).• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Usability and UI/UX Tester to join our team.Responsibilities• Conduct Usability Testing: Plan, design, and execute usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the user interface and overall user experience.• UI/UX Evaluation: Analyze and review UI/UX designs for usability, accessibility, and consistency across different platforms (web, mobile, etc.).• Test Plan Development: Create detailed test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on product requirements and user stories.• User Research: Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.• Report Findings: Document and present findings, recommendations, and usability issues to the design and development teams.Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest
