Job Description

The UI/UX Specialist is responsible for creating an optimal experience for users when they interact with a digital or physical product.includes gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components for web, mobile and other digital applications.Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking projects from concept to completion
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with other project stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the relevant target audience and market needs
  • Conduct user research - collecting data using various methods, developing competitive analysis, online surveys and other methods to achieve the project?s objectives.
  • Create user personas, identifying key user groups of their behaviours and demographics.
  • Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, and sitemaps.
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate product functionality
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on client and user feedback
  • Adhere to the organization brand guidelines on fonts, colors, images etc.
  • Collaborating with the various units within the organizations Communications such as the marketing team, social media and web teams etc.
