Nair Systems is currently looking UI/UX Developer for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:Education / Professional Certification:?Bachelor?s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.?Solid portfolio showcasing design process, usability, and UI/UX best practices.?Excellent communication and teamwork skills.?Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Suite, and other design tools.?Previous experience in designing for enterprise applications or banking industries.?5-10 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design.?Link to UI/UX Design portfolio required.Skills & Experience:?Front end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter are a big plus!?Good analytical and problem-solving abilities and Initiative to develop own ideas.?Results-oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.?Eager to learn and use new tools and software.?Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.?Knowledge of motion design and animation to add that extra wow factor to your designs.?Strong collaboration and investigative skills and the ability to cross reference information for accuracy?Strong verbal and written skills, especially around code documentation?Ability to work in a team environment, independently, take direction, and follow instructions.?Ability to work under pressure, multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities?Banking knowledge preferredKey Accountabilities/Responsibilities:?Work with the Customer Insights Technology (CIT) team to build and maintain all aspects of UI/UX design and development including but not restricted to analysis, design, estimation, development of business requirements.?Collaborate with project and vendor teams on related projects?Create user workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications?Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using industry-standard tools.?Present design and user experience ideas to stakeholders and management.?Collaborate with other designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather insights, understand user needs, and define project requirements that align with business goals.?Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.?Developing and maintaining cohesive design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across all platforms.?Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines, delivering an exceptional and unified user experience.?Integrate motion design and animations to enhance user interactions and elevate the overall user experience.?Conduct comprehensive Usability Testing to identify and create key persona profiles.Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest.
